How eLearning works
eLearning with Omfax offers maximum flexibility and maximum impact on your staff’s knowledge levels.
Our courses are designed to ensure your organisation gets the full benefits of eLearning. Once a learner is registered, we provide them with an ID and password to log onto the Omfax Learning Management System. We will also give them guidance on how to get started.
Studying at their own pace and around their day-to-day workload, they will work their way through the different topics. They can go back over the course content as many times as they like, and test themselves as they go along. They can also study different modules at the same time – there is no need to complete one module before viewing content from another.
At the end of each module, learners then take a formal test which will go towards certification. Those that have achieved the pass level in all modules will receive a formal course certificate.
Managers can see how far each learner has got in the course and how much time they have spent on it. This means they can support their teams through the training, identify any particular problems and offer input on when the learner is ready to take the module test.

More learners, more value
The more learners you enrol, the cheaper the per-learner cost is. You can enrol your whole team at once but allow individuals to complete the training at a convenient time for them and to you.
Omfax eLearning courses are based on the material created for our respected handbooks and guides and are designed to compliment our dedicated Keyfax response management tool, – giving your front-line team all the backing they need to handle any call with confidence.
