Keyfax Case•View
Keyfax Case•View provides a full case management system, allowing you to manage a wide variety of cases, such as:

Keyfax Case•View can be run as a browser application or as an extension within Outlook and is fully integrated with the rest of the Keyfax software suite, including Keyfax scripting.
Based on the Microsoft CRM Dynamics platform, Case•View provides a facility to view and update case records, together with any associated activities and information. It enables cases to be tracked from initial contact through various stages, to resolution with full routing and workflow to automatic monitoring progress, route cases and to trigger actions, manually or automatically. All associated activities – tasks, appointments, emails, letters, phone calls etc – are easily linked to case records and updated in Outlook.
Case•View provides comprehensive reporting for managing cases and measuring performance. It also includes a searchable knowledge base so common issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
