Keyfax Contact•View provides a contact and task management system
in an easy to use package.
Developed originally for the social housing sector, it ensures easy access to customer
and tenant contact details. It allows staff to quickly and easily identify callers
together with a full history of their calls. User assigned tasks are displayed and
outstanding tasks highlighted.
Contact•View provides a central hub within Keyfax product suite with tight integration
into Keyfax Inter•View to manage enquiry responses and to Data•View to access service
information.
Designed to easily link to existing IT systems and other service data sources, it
imports and updates details held elsewhere that relate to tenants and their homes,
and to other customers. It can also export call details and task information to
other databases you hold.
