Keyfax Data•View provides a browser based knowledge database that
can be used to capture, store and retrieve a wealth of useful service information,
to further enhance the quality and precision of our service.
Designed for customer services, it gives access to a comprehensive range of information
vital to customer services staff and to your customers when responding to service
requests. It brings together information held in various locations as well as information
unique to Data•View.
You choose the information you want to store. Typically this might include details
