Keyfax Diagnostic Script Training

Our experienced instructor delivers the training remotely, with attendees joining the training using a web browser. Both courses were designed for non-technical staff, so they are suitable for any attendees. Each session can include up to four attendees, and includes simple exercises to help imbed the learning.

Keyfax Admin Tools for Beginners
In this course we will teach you the foundations of how to use and maintain Keyfax diagnostics scripts. Here’s what you will learn:

  • The basic tasks for day-to-day maintenance of Keyfax diagnostic scripts
  • The benefits of using Keyfax and how it can improve customer service
  • Best-practice for a variety of common repairs and enquiries diagnostics

  • Logging into Keyfax Administration Tools
  • Using Master, System and Script Sets
  • Creating questions, messages, tasks, emails, priorities, markers and service codes
  • Building diagnostic processes
  • How to access Keyfax reporting
  • User maintenance and permissions
  • Introduction to intelligent diagnostics
  • One day course – 9.30am to 16.30pm

Keyfax Admin Tools Advanced
In the advanced training course, we cover how to personalise and enhance your diagnostics using intelligent scripting. Course attendees will learn:

  • The benefits of intelligent scripting for excellent customer service
  • Different types of databoxes
  • Understanding how to use expressions

Course content

  • Understanding databoxes
  • Using Read and Write databoxes
  • Creating new databoxes
  • Adding a databox to a script
  • Creating transformational and conditional expressions
  • Writing SQL queries and statements
